Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Life doesn't always go to plan, and we get that. If you let us know 14 or more days before the event, you can choose a full refund, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees, or a 100% credit to use towards another Get Snowballing event.Between 7 and 13 days out, you can choose a 75% refund or still a 100% credit, your call. Between 3 and 6 days out, a refund isn't available, though you'll still receive a full credit to put towards a future event. Within 72 hours of the event, or if you simply don't show, we're not able to offer a refund or credit, by that point venues, hosts and numbers are locked in and those costs are already committed. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, if you can no longer make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another eligible person of the same gender, provided you let us know before the event. This helps us keep each event nicely balanced, so everyone has a great experience. Just get in touch with the new attendee's details as early as you can, and we'll confirm eligibility and update the booking. If you don't have someone to pass your spot to, don't stress, depending on your notice period you may still be eligible for a credit under our cancellation policy above. What happens if an event is cancelled?

We do everything we can to make sure our events go ahead as planned, though every now and then something beyond our control means we need to cancel or reschedule. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible, and you'll have the choice of a full refund, or a credit toward a future Get Snowballing event. If we reschedule and the new date doesn't work for you, the same choice applies, a full refund or a credit, no questions asked.
